Really good Stay in a Prime Location

The staff was very competent and cute at the 24/7 reception desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I found free tea, coffee, and sparkling water available in the lobby area which was a nice touch. I used the free bikes and found it the best way to explore the area.

The absence of coffee making facilities and a minibar in the room was a small inconvenience. Only two cans of water were available upon arrival. The heating did not seem to work well and the room felt cold.

The reception staff provided early check-in and always were ready to assist with a smile and a lot of patience. They granted my request for a late check-out. The staff organized an interesting and informative guided tour.

the location was great. i could easily access various parts of the city on foot. the air conditioning in my room worked very well. the restaurant staff were really great (especially the blonde girl who was enthusiastic about the food).

the breakfast selection was quite limited. it didn't really suit everyone's tastes. also, the room i got was very small and cramped for two people. it lacked wardrobe space. the room, including the bathroom, was about 4x6 meters (i think this is important to mention).

I found the hotel to be somewhat lacking in warmth. it felt rather impersonal. Quite sterile actually. also, the location wasn't exactly prime as train tracks were so very close. perhaps next time i'll find a place with a bit more character and a quieter setting.
