the breakfast offered a vast selection of food. i found the staff in the restaurant and bar to be very helpful. our room included a fridge and was a good size. i found it useful for storing some treats.
the room was quite average. i had to ask for two additional pillows as only two were provided on the bed. i also discovered a broken toilet seat in our en suite. this was not ideal for a romantic getaway.

i booked a very comfortable room. it was well equipped. breakfast was varied and generous, i loved that! the staff were attentive. i had a very good stay. it's great i was able to explore the kazimierz district with its many bars and restaurants.
the room was good but only had two pillows. i had to ask for another two.

The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast had a fantastic selection and the quality was very high. The room was very clean and cozy , a great benefit.
The room was just average , I think. I had to ask for two more pillows as there were only two. I noticed the toilet seat in my ensuite was broken.

The staff were helpful, always ready to assist with any questions i had. My room included a kettle and a coffee machine, very useful (i used it every morning!). The location was superb. I could easily walk to many restaurants and bars nearby.
I found the shower a little difficult to use, as the shower head height was not ideal for taller people. It was hard to get comfortable.
