The hotel location near the jewish quarter was awesome, especially with the tram stop right outside, it made getting around super easy! the room had two comfy single beds and a great bathroom, i loved the free water taps on the floor. Still and sparkling water were available. plus, leaving luggage on the last day was a lifesaver since i had a late flight! the noon check-out was perfect, i slept in.

I just wish they had more supplies in the room without asking, like slippers, conditioner, and lotion. Those little extras are always appreciated!

the staff provided complimentary drinks vouchers when i arrived, such a nice touch! filtered water was freely available on each floor, i really appreciated it. when the power went out in my room, they moved me to another room quickly.

The sauna not worked . i found it annoying. also, the gym had very little equipment available. That was not good. the pressure in the shower was too LOW. I barely felt the water. towels WERE changed even though i left them to be not exchanged.

The staff offered complimentary drinks upon my arrival I found that to be a very kind touch. The restaurant food tasted delicious and it was worth every penny. Filtered water on each floor became an unexpected and practical perk for me.

The room seemed small for two people I noticed this. The bathroom sink was also small and provided little space for toiletries this detail made organization difficult. The breakfast was okay but repetitive in my opinion and not varied enough.

The hotel features a sauna for guest use a detail I found appealing. There are water taps on each floor dispensing both still and sparkling water and it contributes to the convenience.

Staff members were friendly and cute I appreciated their attitude. The hotel offers swift check-in and I felt it was well-organized. The provision of fresh sheets and towels daily was a plus.
