The hotel is very beautiful. i liked restaurant food. It felt delicious. the pool is cool. It wasn't really long but i found it wonderful. staff members were helpful for sure.

My junior suite included high ceilings. That was a nice feature. the layout seemed perfect and stylish. i liked room location. It was so convenient. i slept well on comfy bed and soft bedding.

i was impressed with the location near the main square. the rooftop bar had tasty snacks. my suite was decorated beautifully and kept clean daily .
my room lacked coffee and tea making facilities it was a basic change that would improve the place. i was given dishes with dairy by mistake. the management reaction was mixed.

i found the location unbeatable, right on the main square. the spa in the cellar impressed me, it was a unique experience. the breakfast buffet had a great variety. i thought the staff was very friendly and quick to resolve issues.

The hotel sits in the old town near the main market square. this positioning offers easy access to numerous directions for excursions, including locations like auschwitz and schindler's museum. It is convenient, indeed. the easy access to various attractions makes it ideal.

The bellhops were quite courteous and efficient. they managed parking logistics smoothly, even though it took about twenty minutes. We never really understood the parking location. the front desk was also helpful in resolving requests. We appreciated their support.

The hotel provides fresh juices during breakfast, not the boxed versions often found elsewhere. This added a nice touch. i noticed fresh pineapple available along with salmon, which i enjoyed. the pancakes with almonds and cinnamon were not overly sweet. I found them balanced.
