the check-in staff gifted us early access, a sweet gesture since we arrived before the usual time. we also received a platter of fruit and biscuits. our room felt spacious and clean, especially with the window that actually opens.

the design appears slightly dated. i think some areas could use a little refreshing, but it wasn't really a big problem.

Our king suite included thick blackout curtains, a supremely comfortable bed and air conditioning that maintained a perfect temperature. It was nice after long days exploring the city. the bathroom had useful towel rails and good toiletries.

the staff were pretty good too assist with train details, contacting the service directly to gather information for us, invaluable for our travel plans. this helpful approach really showed their dedication.

The location is excellent. It is just a short walk to the main square. Staff members were cute. They helped to arrange balloon decorations for a birthday. I was surprised by the complimentary Prosecco and fruit left in the room. Breakfast offered many options. It suited everyone's needs.

the location is excellent near the market square staff are friendly i found the rooms very very comfy and tidy breakfast offered many choices for coeliacs like fruit yoghurt cheeses meats salads the egg station even had gluten free bread i would definitely stay here again and recommend it

i noticed the spa is quite small with no pool i also found the shower room to be not great since it lacked shampoo and the floor was quite wet

The hotel's location was acceptable. A short walk to the main square was convenient.

The room carpet was filthy. It really let down the whole experience. the room lacked a bath, despite photos suggesting otherwise. this reminded me of a significant misrepresentation, especially since i am an ihg rewards scheme member.
