really good experience, minor hiccup

terracotta tiles spacious room clean suite

I liked the terracotta tiles throughout. They really gave the place an artistic feel. the room itself felt generous in size and the decor was beautiful. i also want to mention the imperial suite's cleanliness. It was super clean.

the sauna area felt a little small, having only three loungers available. despite this minor issue, the facilities were functional. it did not significantly affect my visit.

The hotel's location offers easy access to several key attractions. the palladium shopping mall is just one block away, providing convenient shopping options. additionally, many cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. They offer diverse culinary experiences. i found this convenience amazing!!!

mixed feelings on this stay

small spa area missing coffee machine

the location was acceptable and i could walk to most places.

The room i got, a beautiful double or twin room, was a bit of a letdown. It lacked a coffee machine. plus, the spa area was smaller then I thought and it only opened in the late afternoon. That was a bummer after a long day of sightseeing.

The bathroom had heated floors. It was a welcomed surprise! The location is super convenient. Plenty of great restaurants are close by. It's a short walk to popular tourist spots. I had an executive double room.

a magnificent stay

cozy rooms antique hallways special service

the decorations throughout the hotel are nice i found the rooms very cozy the hallways gave a sense of old-world charm the breakfast offered many choices service made each morning special.

i noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures but it did not detract from the overall experience.

the front desk staff was attentive they assisted with restaurant reservations and provided umbrellas when needed the lobby always had a beverage station offering coffee in the morning and water later in the day.

the junior suite was spacious it included high ceilings the bathroom was also large it featured a tub and a separate shower plenty of towels were available i also appreciated the inclusion of a scale.

the breakfast offered delicious varieties i found pastries bacon eggs sausages hams and fruit all readily available the christmas lunch felt especially wonderful adding a festive touch.

underwhelming room experience

uncomfortable bed loud room

the reception staff were very friendly and professional.

the bed was uncomfortable it felt totally worn out. the mattress sagged significantly on both sides as if it had no springs left. i was awake all night it was a nightmare. also the room was right next to the tram line and was therefore very loud.
