underwhelming room experience

friendly staffuncomfortable bedloud room

the reception staff were very friendly and professional.

the bed was uncomfortable it felt totally worn out. the mattress sagged significantly on both sides as if it had no springs left. i was awake all night it was a nightmare. also the room was right next to the tram line and was therefore very loud.
