The staff was very helpful from arrival to departure. My room was spacious, very clean, and well kept. The bed was comfortable. I slept very well. I enjoyed quality food .
The windows in my room were a bit draughty. This was noticeable, especially since the weather was not ideal . I hope they address this soon.

the breakfast offered a good choice and it tasted very good. the location was perfect and central to shops, restaurants etc. it was a short walk to the pier right on the beachfront.
the receptionist wasn't helpful at all upon check-in, she didn't tell us where the room was so i had to go find it. she asked us why we had parked our car in the carpark and was very rude and abrupt.
