faulty thermostatimpractical shower

the room's temperature control presented a significant issue. the thermostat did not function correctly, so i could not adjust the heat. the room remained uncomfortably hot during the entire night. staff addressed the problem, but it persisted. i also found the wet room shower layout to be impractical as water splashed everywhere.

Our room had a major problem. There was a constant flushing sound. It was like a toilet was filling up all the time. The staff said it was just the pipes but offered no apology. So we had to endure it. My mum struggled to sleep well because of this persistent noise.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. i easily walked to nearby shops and attractions without needing my car. on-street parking was also convenient. I always found a space nearby. i found a bar downstairs. It had board games and seating.

I stayed with my partner and our small dog. This hotel welcomes dogs. We received a doggy bag that included a blanket and bowl for use . The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The room was too small for a large dog and a small one. The room was hot. The window could only open a little, and there was only one fan available.

i found the location to be superb and very convenient. The pier was just across the road. Shops, bars, and restaurants were just around the corner.. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the pier and promenade. The staff were polite.

i noticed some noise from other guests. The floorboards seemed to move with every movement.
