Fantastic Dog-Friendly Stay!
clean rooms helpful staff
This hotel was awesome. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. They paid great attention to our elderly dog, who received treats and a puppachino. We enjoyed a family dinner arranged by the hotel in the dog-friendly snug. The food was AMAZING!!!
The room was far too warm. I couldn't sleep with the windows open due to noise from the street below.
Service

The staff are some of the friendliest I have encountered. They accommodated our needs. They deserve some recognition for their great service.
Dining

The hotel is ideally located in the town center. I took my little dog, and she was. She had a bed, biscuits, a bowl, and sausage for breakfast. That was so thoughtful.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
dirty inner blinds lack of storage
The hotel had on site parking, a very convenient feature.
The room I had was not as clean as it should have been. I noticed dust along the skirting boards and some splatter marks on the radiator. there were no wardrobes available to store clothes, a real inconvenience. This lack of storage was difficult for a stay longer than a single night.

room temperature weak tea
The staff seemed friendly and helpful enough at check in.
The room was far too warm, there was no way to adjust the temperature. Street noise was also a problem as opening the windows for ventilation was not an option. Breakfast was just alright, the eggs were rubbery and the tea was weak.
