Charming Stay in the heart of the City
helpful staff convenient location free parking
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found the location convenient. Everything I needed was within easy reach. Free parking on-site was a GREAT bonus, allowing me to explore the surrounding areas without worry.
The room had some slight signs of wear, just superficial imperfections.

The location offered EXCELLENT access to local shops and restaurants. The hotel is within a comfortable walking distance of the city center, so exploring was very easy. Public transport links were also nearby.

My standard double room had a comfortable bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room included tea and coffee making facilities, and the television offered multiple channels. The provided towels felt soft.

surprised with my charming stay
friendly staff tasty food convenient location
the staff was friendly during check-in. the food was tasty with good presentation. the location was convenient saving time the next morning. i found nice towels provided in the room.
my room had some stains on the carpet AND in the bath. i think the cleaning must improve this situation.

the staff answered questions well AND helped with directions. housekeeping assisted me with my luggage . the service was efficient and polite.

adequate stay with noticeable drawbacks
dated facilities drafty window
i found the room facilities quite dated. the water temperature in the shower was difficult to regulate, i found it scalding. also, the window in my room didn't close properly, this created a noticeable draft.
