The staff was friendly and helpful all time. The location near the water is quite convenient and I enjoyed the views. The outdoor seating area was dog-friendly which meant I could relax easily. Breakfast was good and very tasty.

The shower design made a little splash on the floor since I find soap placement a bit inconvenient.

The hotel has gardens that are well maintained. Bangor railway station is also a short ride away from the hotel. The bar area gave my dog and I enough space to relax and enjoy. Shops are steps away.

The bed provided a great night's sleep. Breakfast stood out with great quality, however, the pancakes were substantial, setting me up for the entire day. The pork belly dinner was cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed the chicken pie.

Wardrobe space was a bit limited, still suitable for a brief stay.

This place was not great. Parking space proved difficult upon arrival. It was late. The undersized sink was a nightmare. I think it was difficult even for a wheelchair user. The floor drain also failed to cope with the shower, water nearly reached the bedroom. What a mess!

The room was VERY nice, with a comfortable king-size bed. I enjoyed an evening meal. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff were very friendly.

The parking was tight when i arrived late afternoon. I left my car in an undesignated spot. The wet room radiator was on full and overheating the whole room. I had to turn the heating off during the night.
