The Grill Room uses a Spanish Josper oven for charcoal cooking. The Llugwy River Restaurant offers a menu focused on seasonal and local produce, served across the ground floor, alongside a specials board and a roast of the day. The Lounge offers light lunches and snacks showcasing Welsh recipes, including Welsh Rarebit on bloomer. From 10am-5pm, a range of sweet treats are available, from homemade fruit scones to Tan-Lan Teacakes.
