the staff was helpful when i asked for directions to the gardens.

the promised audio house tour was unavailable, and nobody informed us beforehand. the breakfast buffet was chaotic with long queues and items often running out. also, the art deco alarm clock in the room was broken, a real letdown.

The long driveway created a grand entrance. The staff welcomed us warmly and shared the Hall's history. I enjoyed the classical music playing in every room. It was a nice touch. The food was really good.

The room lacked a fridge. I was surprised considering it was a suite.

disappointing room allocation

The room i got was surprisingly small, especially considering the price. the view wasn't great either. It overlooked service areas. also, there was a wedding happening, so the noise levels were quite high well into the night. it made relaxing nearly impossible and i expected better soundproofing.

The staff paid attention to detail, particularly as it was a birthday for my partner. the food tasted great and offered excellent value. i especially liked the sandwich platter served in the evening. It hit the spot. i found the staff cute and helpful, ready to assist.

i noticed the absence of a fridge in my suite. it was surprising.
