i found the staff were friendly. the hotel was very clean. i also enjoyed an indian meal on friday, it was excellent. the breakfast choice was good with a continental choice and also a hot option.
i noticed the windows facing the car park needed some security features.

A Fine Hotel Experience

I found friendly staff . The bar meals menu included a good choice of food. I thought the room was warm. It was also very clean. The receptionist had a smiling, friendly, very helpful attitude. The breakfast options included a great variety of continental options.
The car park experienced a flooding issue near the main entrance. As a result, my feet got wet before I entered the hotel.

Staff provided assistance at reception. I saw a lady who helped a guest's daughter after she bumped her foot. The lady blew up a balloon for her and was genuinely nice.
