the room was too hot as the heating was on. we didn't have enough towels for two people.

tea facilitiescoffee facilitieswater stationslimited menu
The room included tea and coffee facilities. I found water bottle filling stations around the hotel. These stations were quite useful . The stairs provided access to the back car park.
The menu in the restaurant was quite limited. I was advised about when to book because a large party booked the restaurant. The advice was helpful, but it highlighted the limited options. This limitation made planning my meals a bit challenging.

the wifi connection was poor. it made it difficult to stream anything or even browse the internet reliably. the room became stuffy because the windows did not open properly. i found it rather annoying, especially at night, and air conditioning was absent. the desk fan provided did little to alleviate the problem. this.
