staff carried my bag for me.

The room lacked a fridge so keeping anything cool was impossible. This limitation definitely impacted my convenience .

faulty television mouldy shower

my room, a double room, faced some problems. the television did not function at all, i found this inconvenient. i also noted the provided shower head had mould. the bed was not very comfortable either.
