i had a twin room balcony. the view of the river dee was gorgeous, and watching the kayaks was relaxing. the room offered plenty of sockets, also usb ports by the bed.

The breakfast was very basic. It wasn't what i expected.

I found the hotel directly on the river. A private balcony was a great feature. The staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a lovely evening meal that included delicious fish pie.

I noticed tatty signs were sellotaped to the bedroom patio door. This was also true in the restaurant. Paint was flaking off the wall and there was no light on the balcony. The chairs and table looked lost.

The staff provided efficient service . I appreciated their friendliness. They were attentive during the evening meal, which contributed positively to my overall experience at the hotel.

The location is fabulous and the outdoor spaces had gorgeous flowers. Aesthetic is nice. I must note the restaurant offered a very good experience. The breakfast was adequate and well-presented.

The room was smaller than expected given the price i paid. Water was not provided. housekeepers did not clean thoroughly enough. There were marks on the shower door. communal areas seemed a bit grubby as well.
