Really good stay

I stayed for three nights and used the spa facilities each day. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast offered a good selection including hot items, cereals, and fruit. The staff was very friendly, providing quick service at the restaurant.
The television in the room constantly pixelated and displayed a 'no signal' message. It made viewing difficult. A technician should check the cable connections.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area close to local attractions. There is ample parking available on the premises, a very convenient addition. This makes it easy to explore nearby sites.

The family room had two double beds and a sofa bed, very comfortable. There was a walk-in wardrobe. A large bathroom includes a separate, walk-in shower. This was a practical design.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival. I received prompt delivery of an extra duvet that i requested. Staff members were always available and keen to assist with requests.

A wonderful STAY!

The double club room was excellent value at £65. This included leisure center access plus a one-hour earlier check-in and one-hour later check-out. There are plenty of EV chargers onsite, a nice bar, and a restaurant area so I could top up my car before heading home.
The tea and coffee station in the room could be improved. I would have loved some hot chocolate sachets instead of just tea and coffee. Complimentary biscuits would have added a nice touch.

The double club room had leisure centre access. It also included a one hour earlier check in. There was also a one hour later check out, which I appreciate. The bar and restaurant area was nice. plenty of EV chargers were on site so I could top up my car.
I noticed some non-EV vehicles parked in charging bays despite free spaces.
