Great Spot Near Lime Street Station
helpful staff spacious room city center
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded to a spacious room on a high floor.. I was happy. I was close to the city center and many attractions. The receptionist, Martin, was particularly helpful .
The bed mattress was not very comfortable. I could feel the springs a bit.

the room included a good tv i found decent curtains. the staff were friendly and helpful
the silicone around the bath was badly applied paint finish around windows wasn't great

fantastic stay!
spacious room helpful staff
i was given a quadruple room and i found it very spacious. the bath and shower facilities worked great for me. the staff were friendly and very helpful to me.
the noise from nearby bars disturbed my sleep a little. it was midweek, so i didn't expect that much noise.

i found breakfast to be AMAZING!!! it was convenient to everything, including shops, metro, and buses to the airport. i really appreciated the variety.

the hotel is in a great location. it's five minutes from the station, ten minutes from local galleries, and fifteen minutes from the docks. i liked how close it was to everything.

the reception staff was great. the staff allowed an early check-in. i found the staff very helpful and cute.

i was able to store my bag for free. i stored it before check-in and after check-out. this helped me enjoy my last day without worrying about my luggage.
