wobbly taps dirty carpet
The bathroom lacked blinds. This was a problem. Taps were wobbly and difficult to use. Warm water was in the room, not refreshing at all. I also found the hallway carpet dirty. These issues impacted my overall experience negatively.

friendly staff spacious room good breakfast options
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offered good breakfast options with variety. I also liked the building design. It featured great architectural elements that caught my eye.
I had to pay a £50 deposit upon arrival, and this unexpected charge was a bit inconvenient. It would be better to disclose this information upfront.

The bridal suite offered a luxurious experience. The bed was very comfortable. The room felt warm and inviting, a lovely haven after a long day. The three course meal I had was delicious, what a treat!
