I found cupboard space in the room, it was quite useful. The room also had tea, coffee, milk, and sugar provided, this was a nice touch. I saw a list of places to eat, shop, and exercise, very helpful for exploring the area. The staff was very cute and helpful, resolving my questions.

The carpet looked dated and showed signs of wear. It could use some updating.

The hotel has a gas station and a minimarket nearby. That is very convenient. It is also PERFECT. The surrounding area provides essential services.

I noted the staff are great and very attentive to guests, they are a credit to the hotel. They were always available to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest.

The room included bath sheet towels and hand towels. All were clean. Hand wash and shower gel were also supplied, that was useful. The room offered two double beds. Excellent for families or groups.

the room had plenty of cupboard space and drawer space. tea, coffee, milk, and sugar were provided. bath sheet towels and hand towels were available for use. i also found hand wash and shower gel in the bathroom.

i noticed the outside needed some major weeding when i arrived. the reception was clean so it was a contrast. i wish the weeding had been done earlier.

the room was well appointed with a list of places to eat nearby. a list of shops available locally was present in my room. there was a list of exercise options too and i considered visiting the gym.

i found a payg gym close to the hotel. pubs were located nearby too and i could watch the football. the hotel offered excellent access to motorways. there are link roads around the area as well.

The corridor reeked of smoke. inside my room, i found a noticeable stain on the carpet. additionally, the promised room service was inconsistent. Amenities were not replenished daily as expected. i found this unacceptable.
