the staff was friendly and approachable. they attended to our requests very quickly (i really appreciated that!). the room was comfortable and very clean. i liked the spacious foyer, bar, and dining area a lot.
i noticed the room was a bit small compared to other hotels i have visited.

i found the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful. chris and dan were excellent at the bar, very professional (thanks guys!). rebekah helped to expertly organize an event, everything ran smoothly.

I found the function room very clean and easily accessible. The room had air conditioning and included comfortable beds. The staff were cute and there were many familiar faces. Angela at the front desk were great too assist everyone.
The bar was a little understaffed .

loud air conditioningmissing bacon
the air conditioning made a very loud noise throughout the night. it did interrupted my sleep. also, i paid extra for a cheeseburger advertised to include smoked bacon. the bacon was missing. we will be back though.
