excellent stay
modern decorexcellent facilitiesfriendly staffsteep stairs
the decor seemed smart and modern. the facilities are excellent. the staff, particularly amy, were very efficient and friendly during arrival and departure. i found the large bed very comfortable for sleeping well.
i noticed the room received little natural daylight because of a small window. also, the stairs felt very steep which could pose a problem with mobility issues. car parking was tight with limited spaces. the breakfast was fine though.

my king room included large bath towels and robes. ironing equipment was available in the room. a safe offered secure storage for valuables. it provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly. They efficiently managed an early check-in request. I attended a Christening. The room was ready before the expected time. Breakfast had a good variety. It was available during convenient hours.
