Really good Stay!

unusual designcomfortable bedroompoor food

My daughter's 30th birthday party was really good! The venue has an unusual design with very well appointed upstairs over three floors. Bedrooms were comfortable. All listed amenities were available. It was fantastic.

I was disappointed by the food quality , especially in the kitchen department. Attention to detail was lacking! When I asked for basic condiments like ketchup, staff mentioned they had run out.

The restaurant offers a variety of choices, with plenty of vegetarian options available too. I especially enjoyed the Planter's Punch cocktail at the bar. It was superb!

The staff was amazing and very helpful . Everyone from the front desk to the bar staff went out of their way. The receptionist even offered help with my bags, which I greatly appreciated.

worn surfaceunclean bedding

The room felt a bit tired (especially the bathroom). some surfaces were worn, and the kettle cord barely reached the table. the bedding wasn't clean. I found a lipstick mark on the duvet. the staff did change it quickly, but the overall impression wasn't great.
