an okay stay, some issues found
cramped showerhard heating
The room felt a bit small. the shower was particularly cramped, and the door didn't close properly. the heating was also hard to regulate. It was either too hot or not warm enough, no matter what i tried. i found it difficult to get comfortable at night.

the hotel breakfast was good. i got a comfy standard double or twin room. the hotel have a good location close to many things.
the staff member just shrugged when we told that air conditioning wasnt great.

the wellness suite has a rooftop outside pool and sunbathing area. the indoor pool are clean. the gym include 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes, so it is easy to keep up with exercise.

The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I found the rooftop swimming pool especially nice. It included great views. A surprise complimentary sparkling wine welcomed me upon arrival. I appreciated it.
The air conditioning felt a little loud at times. It never bothered me, but i did notice it.

The staff members were friendly. They were helpful and genuinely cute. A bellboy welcomed me with a smile, accompanying me to my room. The manager was seen ensuring everything was perfect.

Really good Hotel Experience!

The breakfast buffet offered a very large selection of foods, and items were restocked regularly. The rooftop pool area was fantastic. It was wonderful. Staff members were always cute and very attentive. The hotel provided helpful information packs including historical details.
The room air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough. The magnetic door closing strip on the shower was ineffective, resulting in water leaking onto the floor. I also experienced an occasion when there was no hot water in the morning.

The staff displayed exemplary friendliness! They were consistently attentive and eager to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. Their dedication significantly enhanced the overall quality of my stay. It was AMAZING!!!
