a lovely stay
friendly staff great shopping easy parking
the location was perfect with the metro very close. there was a beautiful park in front and great shopping behind. i visited during christmas and markets were just around the corner. garage parking was easy and very convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the chromecast did not work, a very slight inconvenience.

a tender embrace in the heart of it all
ample space refreshing swim premium ingredients
I found our room perfect with ample space. each morning, we began with a refreshing swim in the lovely pool. the gym offered views of fashion street. That view made my workout so magical. breakfast presented a beautiful array of premium ingredients, and the staff showed kindness.
the elevators sometimes took a little longer to arrive than i would have liked.

I found the location very convenient. Several attractions were within walking distance. The staff was polite and helpful, answering my questions about local transportation. The facilities were clean, especially the fitness centerwith modern equipment. I used several times the gym and the pool area, both were well kept and never crowded.

The location was indeed convenient. My room included good snack choices. The meals were tasty and diverse (I especially liked the local cuisine).
The drilling noise was loud during the day. I wished I had been notified about it in advance. The pool temperature was not suitable for swimming. It was too cold for me.

I finded the location central. It close to shops and tourist places. The staff are polite and professional. I got a upgrade to a room had a good view. The breakfast was nice. The spa was good, and I used it.
Locating the parking garage was hard. Navigating it was tricky. Cars were on both sides of the entrance.

Staff assisted in organizing a quick medical check-up, was efficient and kind. The welcome drink offered at check in was good. This add a nice touch. I got what I expected.
