the airport shuttle worked very well.

i had an disappointing experience. upon check-in, we were given a key to our assigned room. to our shock and embarrassment, when we opened the door, we found that the room was already occupied. a lady inside the room began shouting that it was her room. there was no proper apology from the hotel staff or accountability for this serious error.

The hotel offers free transfers to the airport which I found quite convenient. Breakfast included a wide selection of items to choose from. The staff was responsive and even arranged for an earlier transfer to the airport than originally planned.

I noticed the hallways to the rooms had most of the lights off.

The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport every half hour. A lovely terrace area has tables and chairs where guests can sit outside. There is also a shaded area available on the terrace.

The rooms are spacious and include a small balcony. I found the beds comfortable. The room also included a mini bar. A bottle of water was complimentary in the room.

The location is very close to the airport. A bus stop is approximately four minutes away. It is easy to travel around the area from the bus stop. The hotel is quiet at night.

The hotel restaurant has diabetic and vegan options. The restaurant staff is willing to make recommendations on food and drink choices. Breakfast includes a huge selection of food. All food items was fresh.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the airport. The room had tea and coffee facilities. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I found space to walk around in the room.

The bathroom shower did not appear very clean. There were only two thin towels available for showering. I noticed there were no hand towels in the bathroom. The restaurant waiter was not very kind.
