My room was a Superior Double or Twin Room. I noted a mini fridge and sizeable wardrobe were present. The room was super clean and cleaning happened daily. Breakfast provided a coffee machine and selection of pastries. I saw takeaway coffee was available in reception.

I noticed no drink making equipment in the rooms. The hotel seemed to provide less than most two-star hotels. I think the description was incorrect.

the hotel had a top location near buses and trams. the liberty bridge was only a short walk away. the breakfast offered a good variety, and the breakfast staff were very kind and quick. i found cleanliness to be superb throughout the hotel.

the air conditioning system was switched to heating, so i had to sleep with the window open.

I found the location unbeatable, right on the doorstep of everything I wanted to see. Cafes, bars, and restaurants were just a short walk away. Despite the central location, it was quiet at night, so I could sleep well. The team were really friendly and worked very hard to ensure all guests had a good stay.

I noticed there were no coffee facilities in the room. Mineral water was replenished daily, I appreciated that. Free coffee was available in reception instead of in the room.
