the breakfast offered varied hot options daily i especially enjoyed the omelette station and fresh fruit selection. the staff welcomed guests warmly upon each return always offering assistance. rooms were spacious and meticulously cleaned daily by the dedicated team.

the rooftop pool area was occasionally crowded in the afternoon.

the reception staff were polite and helpful from arrival to departure aiding with luggage and directions. viktor provided a very pleasant welcome enhancing the overall hotel experience with his assistance.

the breakfast buffet provided a great selection of options catering to many tastes. fresh fruit yoghurt breads cereals and pastries were constantly available. guests could order custom omelets enhancing their dining experience each morning.

faulty climate control early morning noise

I found two issues that affected my stay. The climate control in the room did not seem to function properly. The room was consistently warmer than the temperature set, even after reporting this. It disrupted my sleep on one occasion.
