This hotel had a great location near the opera house. The staff gave good advice. My room was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was good, also the daily cleaning and the attention to refilling water, tea, coffee and towels, i liked it. The closeness to the metro station was an added bonus.

The hot water wasn't very hot, it was only lukewarm.

The room felt warm and clean upon arrival. It was surprisingly large, a nice surprise. The bathroom design seemed well thought out. It reminded me of a comfortable space after long days.

The receptionist was very lovely. She was very hospitable and accommodating. All staff members seemed polite and helpful. I appreciated the staff giving great advice about places to see and how to get around.

The building has a beautiful design. Staff explained directions around THE city very well. The breakfast had plenty of options. I found the room very clean and spacious.
