excellent stay!
helpful staff clean room modern shower
The staff was helpful. They explained room options to me. My room faced away from the building work nearby. I enjoyed a quiet, clean room as a perfect home base. The shower worked very well and felt modern.
i noticed very slight wear on the furniture.

convenient location spacious room water issue inconvenient parking
the location was really good for getting around the city i had easy access to many attractions the room was spacious and clean the air conditioning worked well and kept me cool. breakfast was diverse with many options including hot dishes pastries and fruit the dining area was well maintained and comfortable i did not find it difficult to start my days here.
i encountered a water supply issue one morning the water was unavailable for several hours this was inconvenient the hotel stated it was due to city maintenance i hope this is not a common problem the parking situation was also not ideal the hotel advertises parking but it is only public city parking it comes with extra costs it is not located on the hotel premises.

the room was spacious (i stayed in a beautiful double room). i particularly appreciated that the staff helped with my luggage.

helpful staff breakfast options blackout curtains
The staff were helpful with directions and local tips. Breakfast offered many options, I enjoyed fresh pastries and fruit. The room's blackout curtains helped me sleep well. I used hotel luggage storage after checkout. It was very convenient.
The gym equipment seems a bit dated.

My room included a minibar, a safe, and a desk. The bed had quality linens, I slept well. The bathroom featured a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. it was clean.

The breakfast area was big. I noticed they had options. I tried the scrambled eggs and cheeses. There was a coffee machine for lattes. I appreciate the variety.

The hotel is a short walk from many attractions. I walked to several museums and cafes. Public transportation is near. It made getting around easy. The area felt safe at night.

The location was super convenient! it was close to everything i wanted to see! the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful with directions! my beautiful double room had a comfy bed and a modern bathroom with a great shower!
