lovely pool friendly staff great air conditioning unhelpful manager fire door hotel sound system

i stayed in a pool view room. the air conditioning was great. the pools are lovely and clean. the staff made the hotel amazing. they were so cute and friendly. the cleaners also did an amazing job.

i didn't sleep well at night. the corridor fire doors were wedged open. the music from the hotel sound system travelled down the corridors. it went on until late at night. some managers were not very helpful at all.

spacious apartment super clean pool diverse food selection

The apartment provided ample space for movement. Its balcony featured a large sofa. Two chairs plus a table and six chairs offered spots to eat.. Staff members Mehmet and Ozcan were very cute. They were friendly. They were always eager to assist with a smile. The pools looked clean and inviting. The back pool had increased activity. This activity was nice. Apartments included their own pool. This pool looked super clean. The restaurant recently had a makeover. This makeover made it more upmarket. It had a diverse selection of foods. I could order pancakes, omelettes, poached eggs, and fried eggs.

I found the breakfast selection a bit limited.

i found the staff cute and efficient at check-in. aguero provided entertainment and encouragement to participate in activities. mehmet and ozcan provided great service at the bar and restaurant areas.

i noticed the music volume near the main pool sometimes made it difficult to relax quietly.
