breakfast choice happy hour tourist information dirty floor dirty walls unhelpful staff

the breakfast was superb, it had lots of choices like waffles and pancakes. the bar had happy hours every evening with two cocktails for the price of one, thats awesome. at check in, they gave me informations for restaurants, tourist bus, spas etcetera.

the cleanliness wasnt the best i have seem, the floor had hairs from previous guests. the walls was dirties and the staff are not so helpfull. the heating wasnt so effective.

great location attentive staff rude receptionist broken sink

the breakfast it was really yummy. yoselin was there, shes very nice and super attentive, she helped us with what we needed. the location are great too, i loved it.

the reception woman act unbelievably rude. i ask for towels and toilet roll, because the housekeeping only done our room one day out of four. i wouldn't go to that hotel again.

The hotel offered complimentary lemonade in the reception area. I received free water upon arrival. The location was excellent near many attractions.

Underwhelming stay. Small room and cleanliness issues

The location was acceptable. It's close enough to public transport.

The room was small, barely enough space to move around. I seemed like i was in a shoebox. the cleanliness was also questionable. I noticed some hairs on the bedsheets, rather off-putting. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, so it always felt damp.

the breakfast included waffles and local sausages (a good touch!). the staff was always polite and ready to assist. our room was cleaned daily, and we got fresh towels without even asking. the proximity to public transport made exploring the city easy.

the air conditioning in the room was not as cold as i would have preferred it to be.
