Adequate stay
convenient location luggage locker leaking shower head early morning noise
The location was very convenient near the train station. The breakfast included a very good selection. The hotel also offered a free locker room for luggage on the departure day, which I appreciated.
The shower head leaked, and I didn't get much water. I was staying on the first floor. I could hear noise from the lobby and from the service room in the morning. This woke me up early on all three days.

The breakfast room was amazing with much light and fantastic decoration. The location is great. You can walk to most places. The staff were the best and nicest (very helpful, indeed!).

a good stay near the station
convenient location great breakfast secure storage varied choices
the hotel was very convenient for accessing transport links. it is located right across from the train station, and i found local eateries nearby. the breakfast was awesome!!! there were many different choices available. i also appreciated the secure luggage storage with code-operated lockers.
i noticed that the room was a little loud, and i could hear street noise sometimes. it wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.

advantageous location helpful staff
I found the hotel's location particularly advantageous because of its proximity to the train station. The free luggage storage was useful and secure. The staff was very helpful. All personnel conversed in English without problem.
My room was near the service area. I was able to hear noise from the breakfast trolleys around 7 AM. This occurred all three mornings of my stay.

The room featured a very comfortable bed. I could control the air conditioning well. Blackout curtains helped me sleep better because they darkened the room very effectively.

The hotel is close to public transportation. A tram stop is right outside. My room was clean. The breakfast had many choices. I found the staff was very helpful with directions. The hotel also has storage for luggage before check-in.

amazing Hotel Experience!
healthy options comfy room great location
i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had a lot of healthy options. the rooms were comfy and well air conditioned. i found the location great, close to trains and trams. walking distance to many places.
the air conditioning was closed during the night so i woke up in a hot room. the reception staff wasn't helpful about this issue. i expect to sleep well during the night.

i found the location convenient, especially with the train station across the street. i appreciated the safe, code-operated lockers for luggage storage. the breakfast was abundant, i enjoyed fresh vegetables and homemade marmalade. the staff also arranged parking, it was a short distance from the hotel.
i noticed the hot water took a while to come through in the bathroom
