mixed feelings about my time here

convenient locationcramped roomunhelpful staff
the location was alright, its in a spot i suppose.
the room i got felt more like a storage closet than a place to sleep, very cramped you know. and another thing, getting any help from the staff was like pulling teeth, they acted like i was bothering them just asking simple questions. plus, the elevators seemed to be perpetually out of service , made getting to my room a real workout.

location was central. The bus dropped us near the hotel. The room was CLEAN and quiet at night. I found the bed comfortable.
the air conditioning did NOT work. It was hot in the room. I asked the desk about it but nothing happened.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, and i appreciated their quick check-in process. my room was quite spacious and well-designed. i had great breakfasts in the top floor dining room. the location was quiet and also very close to the city center. I could easily walk to many places.

the complimentary room upgrade was charming. the glass of local wine was such a kind touch and a delight to drink at the rooftop bar. the contemporary design of the hotel was amazing and the staffs were attentive.
the rooftop bar was closed in the evenings. i wished it had been open because i wanted to enjoy a comfortable evening drink there. it would have been the perfect end to a day.
