The customer service was excellent, the staff proved warm and helpful. I found the hotel location amazing and within walking distance of the main attractions. The rooms included air conditioning and useful facilities. The large beds were very comfortable, which I found satisfying.

The cleaning was not perfect. I noticed some stains on the walls.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. the airport shuttle bus stop was conveniently close, only a few minutes away. the staff was helpful. They offered complimentary drinks throughout the day. the cleanliness was also amazing, everything was super clean.

my room lacked sufficient electric outlets near the bed, this made charging devices slightly inconvenient at night.

the breakfast did not meet the expectations for a hotel of its class, i found only one kind of cheese and two sorts of sausage. tables weren't set so i had to arrange everything myself.
