i found the hotel location perfect for exploring historical sites. restaurants were nearby. trams and buses made getting around easy. my room was spacious and clean. the breakfast offered many options, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the room was a good size, providing plenty of space to relax after sightseeing. i liked that i could open the window for fresh air, and the air conditioning worked very efficiently. the bathroom was also spacious, with a nice shower.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and tasted delicious. the hotel sits near the main road, this allowed for easy access to public transport and ride-sharing services! the hotel's location below the castle provided a peaceful atmosphere. I walked to the river cruise, it was a pleasant stroll. our room had high ceilings and one natural stone wall. The spaciousness really impressed me.
the room temperature was a bit warm, even with the air conditioning on! it made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

the staff were very friendly. they spoke very good english. the room was just what i wanted. it had comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom with a great shower.
i have mixed feelings about this hotel. we are staying for 4 nights and our room has only been cleaned once . this is unacceptable and not what i expected from a 4 star hotel.
