the staff were friendly. the breakfast are great and a big variety. lilly helped us book a river city tour, the hop-on-hop-off bus, make a taxi reservation to the airport, and provided great advice in terms of where to go and where to eat, i liked it.

during my stay the air conditioner didn't work properly, so the temperature inside the room was too high. anyway, i booked a room with one large bed but i got two single beds. this was a very little problem i think

The hotel's location allowed me to walk to various tourist spots. Restaurants located on the same street were convenient. I appreciated the varied breakfast options offered daily. Gluten-free pastries were available.

The air conditioning did not work well . The room was very warm as a result. I requested a room with one large bed but received two single beds. This was a minor issue.

the hotel is quite close to the cathedral, only two minutes walking. the room was nice and clean. the breakfast was excellent and had a huge selection, i found it perfect.

the air conditioner did not work properly . the temperature inside the room was high, and it felt airless.
