excellent lodging experience

multiple option comfortable bed

I enjoyed the multiple dining options available. the hotel restaurant offered a laptop-friendly space that helped me complete some work. i found the bed super comfortable. the design of both the room and bathroom was beautiful. I especially liked that!

the bar area had used glasses and a used coffee cup when i arrived. there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness from the bar staff. dirty glasses and cups remained until we received drinks.

The room had a comfortable bed. Blackout blinds ensured darkness. A Nespresso machine provided coffee. The spa was relaxing with a warm plunge pool.

I noticed the bar was quiet despite it being a weekend.

ridiculous heat broken aircon

the location was fine, i suppose. it was central, after all.

The heat in my room was ridiculous. the aircon did nothing! i reported it twice, but i was told it was fixed. It was not. several colleagues had the same issue, so the hotel did nothing about it.
