wonderful stay
central location friendly staff nice view
I really appreciated the hotel's central location, near many restaurants. it was easy for me to reach attractions. the staff seemed friendly, always available. i got a penthouse suite terrace city view. It had a nice view of the city.
The coffee machine was unhygienic. This impacted My experience. i wish the hotel could address this.

the breakfast selection presented many options and food was fresh. i saw plenty of pastries like croissants and muffins as well some hot items. i noticed that breakfast was served until 10 am each morning.

The room was well-organized. A wide, comfortable bed was in the room. Reception staff provided helpful service.
The hotel was noisy. Children were running around and screaming late into the night. Housekeeping was noisy early on a Sunday morning. The room floor was quite dirty.

mixed feelings about this stay
sewage smell damaged furniture
i was not impressed with the level of cleanliness. the bathroom reeked of sewage, as did the entire bedroom. additionally, i noticed a vape pen behind one of the curtains, a clear sign of inadequate cleaning. the furniture was damaged and stained, a complete letdown.

Mediocre stay with some issues
dusty floor coffee stains
The hotel is conveniently located for using trams to get to the city center.
My room's cleanliness was a real issue, i found the floor dusty. I also noticed the furniture had coffee stains (this was quite visible). This.
