the hotel is conveniently located near museums and a tram line. a bus from the airport stops one block from the hotel. i found this more convenient than the train. the staff were helpful and the modern bathrooms were a plus.
the housekeeping service seemed available but was not automatically provided.

the location is great! it's a short walk to vondel park and leidsplein, with easy access to the city center and airport. the hotel staff offered helpful tips about local transportation. upon arrival, i found very nice welcome treats in my room, a sweet gesture.
the room i stayed in was a bit smaller than i anticipated.

The room included a fridge, which i found useful. The location offered convenient access to both metros and nearby bars. Staff members were very friendly upon my arrival. The breakfast area was stylish. It was clean and tidy. Catering staff were polite and cute each morning.
The room looked to have not been vacuumed.

Average stay with a few hiccups
cramped roomunclean floor
The room I was assigned was rather cramped. It was difficult to move around with the furniture placed so close together. the floor didn't appear very clean, a bit off-putting. The carpet seemed like a breeding ground for germs. I expected better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
