Luisa provided a great check-in experience. She deserves recognition. The blonde staff member was also very helpful. Free coffee and water were available. The hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.

The staff at the reception and bar worked well together to accommodate many guests from cancelled flights. Some team members like Alice, Courtney, and Louay offered excellent support. I felt they really went the extra mile to help everyone.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the soundproof rooms meant a restful sleep near the airport. breakfast was good, and i appreciated the games available like table football.

the room temperature was a little cold when i first entered.
