I appreciated the location. it was near dam square. a closet was available for storing luggage before check-in! the staff was helpful. They took great care of us.

The location was excellent. dam square was very close (i could almost see it from the window). centraal station was an easy walk, around ten minutes. i also appreciated the 24-hour reception. It added a sense of security.
the room felt a bit compact.

the staff provided helpful assistance at the reception. they offered maps and useful discounts (which i used for a canal tour!). i found their willingness to assist quite valuable .

my single room came equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. a cute lamp sat above the bed, a small but welcome touch. the tv featured several english-speaking stations, useful after a day of sightseeing.

breakfast included a decent selection of cereals and fruits. i also noticed eggs, breads, and meats. the coffee machine offered a good caffeine fix in the mornings (especially needed after exploring late!).
