central location, great base for exploring

convenient location train station efficient staff simple process

i found the location very convenient. it was easy to reach from the train station. leaving my luggage before check-in was simple. the staff accommodated this request efficiently.

the room lacked tea or coffee facilities, which i missed sometimes.

great location helpful staff clean room

The location was great. I was very close to the main train station and could easily walk into the city center. the staff were helpful, especially the lady at reception, and super friendly. i had a very clean triple room. It had all the facilities i needed for my stay.

the lighting in the room was not great.

bathroom hairs street noise

The cleanliness was SUBSTANDARD. I found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the noise level at night was excessive. Street noise penetrated the thin walls, disrupting sleep. I was not HAPPY with that.

a tender touch near the station

warm welcome luggage storage

the station was ever so close, i loved this. the staff gave a warm welcome each day, it was like home. they stored my luggage upon arrival before check in, it eased my travel.

the stairs at the entrance made carrying luggage a small task. it needs doing to it, stains all over the bed mold in the bathroom.

excellent location friendly staff walking distance

The staff provided recommendations for places to eat. They were also friendly. The location is excellent near the railway station. Attractions were within easy walking distance.

The floor was not carpeted.
