superb canal-side stay
convenient location friendly staff unique art
i found the location convenient for exploring main attractions. the staff was genuinely friendly and efficient. the room was well kept and the art collection throughout the hotel added a unique touch. i was very happy to have chosen this hotel.
I noticed the room had slight noise from neighboring rooms. This was not really disturbing though.

The restaurant offered a diverse menu with excellent service. I noticed fresh ingredients were used. the breakfast buffet included a variety of choices, such as pastries, fruits and hot dishes.

the hotel provides free wifi and a library stocked with various books. i saw that they have a massage service, which i did not have the opportunity to use. an elevator gives access to most floors.

the reception staff offered assistance with directions and recommendations. the concierge arranged transportation smoothly. housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tidy. i found the level of attention really good.

the hotel is situated on a main canal and the surroundings are very picturesque. several shops are within walking distance. i also noticed that public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

our superior beautiful double room canal view had large windows. these windows gave excellent views of the canal. the room featured a modern bathroom with a separate shower. it also included a minibar stocked with refreshments.

canal view beautiful artwork friendly staff
The location overlooked the canal. Beautiful artwork adorned the walls. The hotel provided an authentic experience in a dutch house. An elevator was available, as well as A/C. Breakfast included both buffet and a la carte options. The staff was warm and friendly, a MUST.
My room was a little bit small.

comfortable beds rainfall shower poor wifi non-working air conditioning
i stayed in a lovely triple room . the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had double sinks and a rainfall shower head.
the wifi was not working, a bit inconvenient. the air conditioning also did not work one night .

helpful staff dinner recommendation ferry tickets castle tickets
i found the front desk staff very helpful. they provided dinner recommendations and assisted with reservations. they also helped secure ferry and castle tickets prior to my arrival. the brasserie restaurant had amazing food.
the room i had included stairs inside, and i thought they were somewhat dangerous.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of museums. I appreciated this. it is also near shops and other sights. The surrounding area had a lot to offer. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
