I found the staff helpful. Marina gave me detailed directions on maps. they were so nice! the coffee and apples in the lobby are a super touch. my room, though small, had everything i needed, and the bathroom was super clean. the location was perfect for getting around. Many attractions are nearby. it was amazing!!!
the building did have some thin walls. i could hear noise from other guests, a little distracting at times. perhaps some soundproofing would help.

The hotel's location is really convenient. it is close to many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. it is also near tourist spots. Getting around is very easy from here, so i enjoyed it .

the hotel offers complimentary hot drinks and fresh fruits all day. this is a lovely touch, i appreciate it. i was able to leave my luggage after check-out, also very convenient for my travel plans.

The destination are central. The front desk lady was lovely, the complimentary coffee was so good. The bed are comfortable and the area are quiet. I found this hotel very good. The room was small, but I enjoyed it.

The hotel offer complimentary hot drinks and fresh fruits throughout the day, which are a lovely touch. Guests are able to leave luggage at the hotel after check-out. Vending machine downstairs provided cheaper snacks.

The hotel rooms are clean, with control of heating in the room. The beds was nice and squishy but not uncomfortable. Room sizes are small. The rooms are quiet, though in vibrant location.

The location is excellent, it is in the heart of the city, near canal. It is close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and tourist spots. There are tram line only a couple 100m to the left.
