mixed feelings about this stay

slow service missing amenities
the room service was quite slow. i had to call multiple times for my laundry. it was also disappointing that basic amenities such as a shaving kit and kettle were missing from my room. it was like i was given one of the older rooms that needs some refurbishment... it was not a good experience.
