adequate stay with some drawbacks

the room had everything i needed! it was like a clever use of space. the setting really suits a working professional. i walked to the centre in about 15 minutes. it was nice i did not even use public transport.
My room felt smaller than the photos suggested, disappointing!! i didn't find exercise ropes, though they were advertised. the gardens looked unkempt. They were overgrown and neglected. one staff member seemed more interested in her boyfriend at the bar. it.

missing kettle noisy location
the loft bed was comfortable.
our room lacked amenities i consider standard. there was no phone or kettle. also, the room's location near the staircase and lift shaft meant a lot of noise woke me early.

great design perfect kitchen noisy staircase lift noise
i loved the room. it had a great design and the space was well distributed. the kitchen was perfect for making my own breakfast and it was equipped with everything i needed.
My keycard didn't have access to the pantry. my room was located literally on the staircase and behind the lift shaft so it was very noisy. I was woken up a lot by the lift noise.

mediocre stay. some issues found
the staff was helpful and friendly, so that was acceptable.
i found the room quite cold. i was told i could not adjust the temperature because of their sustainability policy. i had to wear layers to stay warm, so that was a bit disappointing.

i found the room concept very clever. there was efficient use of space. the setting catered to working professionals. i really had everything i needed for my stay. i appreciated the convenient parking access and the helpful staff.
i noticed a slight stain on the sofa . the seat was replaced quickly by the manager. it was handled well, so it didn't really affect my stay, just a minor detail.
