helpful staff decent gym cramped room faulty door
the staff were helpful. the gym was of a decent size. it had good equipment, including treadmills and weights. the location of the hotel allowed easy access to various parts of the area.
my room was quite cramped. the bathroom door did not close fully, a problem. the cool air on high did not really cool off the room. it was quite uncomfortable in hot weather.

convenient location superior king room blackout curtains
the location was convenient with easy access to public transport i found a tram stop just a short walk away. my room a superior king room included a mini fridge which was very useful. i also appreciated the blackout curtains as they helped me sleep well.
the gym was small and had limited equipment.

coffee machine comfortable bed helpful staff short walk
I appreciated the kettle and coffee machine in the room. the beds provided good comfort. the staff assisted me well and answered questions promptly. i also found the location to be great. It was just a short walk from centraal station and near dam square.
The room felt rather small. It left limited space for storing luggage.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to centraal station. The walk is approximately nine minutes. dam square is just around the corner from the hotel. many of the city's central attractions are within easy reach by foot.
