a fairly pleasant stay
study places smooth staff room service shower gels
the building's facilities proved superb. i especially liked the study places where one could study quietly at any hour. the self check in was efficient and smooth, staff were available to help as needed though.
the room service was not great. also, we never had a normal refill of shower gels and shampoos in the room although we stayed for almost a week there.

Questionable Cleanliness and Broken Amenities
broken curtain bathroom flood
The location is convenient because it is close to the metro and tram stops.
The room was not clean , and there was no housekeeping service . I found a broken curtain on the floor , and the bathroom flooded after each shower. The staff did not address these issues .

the location is good for access to public transport. the metro and tram are very close. the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided.
the sink was broken. the shower was also broken. i reported these issues.
